S&R Rentals and Event Planners are regarded as experts in the construction of flooring, decking platforms and stages, always bringing a professional, finished look to the areas being utilized. We have provided stages for some of the biggest international entertainers and performers in the world, e.g. Luther Vandross, Patti LaBelle, Lionel Richie, Anita Baker, Kenny G, and Earth, Wind & Fire, just to name a few.

Our flooring sections can be configured to cover areas of any shape or size, and the expert S&R installation team can easily compensate for sloping or uneven terrain.  The elevation of stages can range from 1 foot above the ground, to 6 feet high.

There is no limit to the activity which can take place on an S&R stage: dance, drama, theatrical performances or even concerts featuring a full orchestra. Once we understand the requirements of your event, we will ensure that the stage is safe, sturdy, and fully functional. Tents of all sizes
Not only does S&R Rentals provide tents of all sizes and types, we can also supply the extras – leaving your guests both covered and comfortable. The S&R team leaves nothing to chance, joining you for a site visit prior to the event at no extra charge.

We set up and take down the tents as your schedule dictates – evenings and weekends are not a problem!  For the extra special occasion, you will want to ask us also about tent liners and leggings. In cases of extremely hot weather or dusty conditions, our popular air-conditioned tents are also available. Having a night or evening function?

We offer several under-tent lighting options to ensure that the fun continues, while helping your guests to feel secure.  And if your function is being held in an uneven or rocky area, you may wish to order flooring for your guests’ comfort. Whether the function calls for dancing, dining or theatre-style seating with a centre aisle, flooring is a practical way to give the event a professional look – especially in situations where the ground is likely to become soggy or muddy.

A Wide Variety of Lighting Options
Few places on earth offer as many beautiful event venues as the Caribbean. But as beautiful as they are, there is no substitute for the enhancing effects of skillful lighting which allow your guests to enjoy the change of pace which comes with an outdoor event.

Our options of lighting solutions range from satisfying the desire for the most complex stage lighting plot to ensuring that the speakers’ podium is well-lit, guests can easily navigate steps, aisles or furniture, and house lights can be raised or lowered as the event progresses. We can supply customized lighting for each of our tents, no longer making evening and late night events impractical.

Some occasions call for soft, intimate lighting, while others demand strong security lighting. We can supply both types – and everything in between. Not sure of what your event calls for?

Addressing Your Seating Challenges
S&R Rentals can stocks well over 1,500 chairs, and a range of tables to accommodate over 850 seated guests at a time. Our strong audience chairs are made of moulded plastic to withstand up to 300 lbs.

For head tables or to create a special VIP section in a large audience, we can also provide special chairs. Elegant chairs with chair covers can be provided for weddings and other formal functions, and chairs selected for the bride and groom’s signing ceremony, can be further embellished by our decor team for the special occasion.

We offer both round and rectangular tables in several sizes, and there is no need to find another source of table linens – S&R Rentals and Event Planners has you covered!  Our heart-shaped cake tables are especially popular for wedding and anniversary celebrations.
